Principales responsabilités:

Expérience des patients

  • Assurer un service client exceptionnel avec un talent pour fidéliser et se concentrer sur la prestation de soins optimaux aux patients

  • Résoudre les préoccupations des patients, enquêter sur les plaintes des patients et résoudre les conflits

Conformité et sécurité des patients

  • Collaborer avec la conformité, le DC Institute et les ressources humaines pour s'assurer que la clinique est entièrement conforme et répond aux normes provinciales de réglementation de la santé
  • Mener par l'exemple. Gérer et superviser tous les programmes de conformité au sein de la pratique
  • Veiller à ce que toutes les normes de santé soient respectées ou dépassées et faire de la sécurité des patients une priorité absolue
  • S'assurer de manière proactive que tous les domaines à risque sont identifiés et traités en temps opportun et conformément aux normes établies et à la législation applicable
  • Travailler conformément aux politiques et procédures de santé et de sécurité du cabinet et en conformité avec la législation provinciale applicable

Leadership

  • Diriger, coacher et motiver l'équipe et les collègues pour améliorer la productivité, l'engagement et la fidélisation des clients.

Planification et exécution opérationnelles

Gestion du compte de résultat

  • Responsable d'atteindre les objectifs financiers en se concentrant sur l'augmentation des revenus (visites et services), l'EBITDA, l'optimisation des modèles de main-d'œuvre, des consommables et d'autres dépenses contrôlables
  • Gérer tous les aspects des finances du cabinet dentaire en examinant et en améliorant les rapports du cabinet
  • Optimiser les performances financières grâce à la réalisation des principaux revenus, à la gestion des centres de coûts et aux objectifs d'EBITDA
  • Responsable de l'atteinte et du dépassement des objectifs de production et du contrôle des coûts d'exploitation, en maintenant des marges bénéficiaires élevées

Gestion et administration

  • Assurer une utilisation optimale des services du centre de support de dentalcorp
  • Assurer une planification efficace des équipes et des patients
  • Responsable de tous les arrangements financiers/plan de paiement des patients
  • Gérer et analyser les coûts de personnel quotidiens et l'administration de la paie ; superviser le processus des comptes débiteurs

Exigences clés:

  • Préférence aux personnes ayant une expérience en médecine dentaire et/ou en soins de santé.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente au détail ou le service, y compris une expérience dans des rôles de supervision/gestion dans un environnement de vente au détail, de service ou de soins de santé
  • Résultats de leadership prouvés avec des équipes de direction, de coaching et de développement
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle avec un talent pour la fidélisation
  • Fort engagement à maintenir la réglementation sanitaire et les normes opérationnelles
  • Expérience de la gestion des opérations commerciales, y compris la planification du personnel, les finances, les stocks et la gestion des personnes
  • Sens aigu des affaires et vaste expérience de la gestion du compte de résultat, des prévisions et de la budgétisation
