The opportunity 

We are currently looking to hire a Practice Manager to join our well-established practice. The successful candidate will play a critical role within the practice, accountable for driving practice performance, leading employees, and enhancing the patient experience. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Planning & Execution

  • Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and develop strategies to increase organic patient growth.
  • Constantly review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to team.

Compliance & Patient Safety

  • Partner with Compliance, DC Institute and Human Resources to ensure the clinic is fully compliant and meets the provincial health regulation standards.
  • Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, while leading by example to ensure patient safety is a top priority.
  • Work in accordance with the practice’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislation.

Leadership

  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and retention of patients.
  • Drive the implementation of company programs, policies and procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the team to meet operational and company objectives.
  • Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fit.
  • Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable process.

About You:

  • University or College Diploma in business or office administration
  • 3-5 years experience in either a clinical setting, retail sales or customer service environment
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management
  • Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards
  • Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire pour se joindre à notre clinique dentaire. Responsabilités:

Planification et exécution opérationnelles

  • Construire et exécuter des plans pour améliorer les opérations quotidiennes de la pratique en assurant une productivité maximale, l'excellence opérationnelle et l'efficacité
  • Collaborer avec le partenaire et le principe de la pratique pour établir et assurer l'alignement des cibles de la pratique et des stratégies et plans d'exécution

  • Veiller de manière proactive à ce que tous les domaines à risque soient identifiés et traités en temps opportun et conformément aux normes établies et à la législation applicable
  • Travailler conformément aux politiques et procédures de santé et de sécurité du cabinet et conformément à la législation provinciale applicable

Direction

  • Diriger, coacher et motiver l'équipe et les collègues pour améliorer la productivité, l'engagement et la rétention des clients. Recruter constamment de grands talents pour rejoindre l'équipe
  • Gérer l'équipe avec intégrité, honnêteté et connaissance

  • 3-5 ans d’expérience dans la vente au détail ou les services, y compris l’expérience dans des postes de supervision / gestion dans un environnement de vente au détail, de service ou de soins de santé
  • Solide sens des affaires et vaste expérience dans la gestion du compte de résultat, des prévisions et de la budgétisation
  • Maîtrise de l'utilisation des logiciels dentaires et de la suite Microsoft Office
